Jonah Lomu Tribute

Jonah Tali Lomu, MNZM was a New Zealand rugby union player. He was the youngest ever All Black when he played his first international in 1994 at the age of 19 years and 45 days. Lomu finished with 63 caps and scored 37 international tries.

The first recognised great success for him  was  in the  1995 Rugby World Cup,  where he scored 7 tries in 5 matches.

Jonah Lomu's skill set in rugby  was his great speed and strength.  When tackling , he would lift opposing players off the ground , flip them  over and almost drop them on their heads.  It looked like very dangerous play, but was allowed at the time.

Nephrotic syndrome is a kidney disorder characterized by large proteinuria, hypoalbuminemia, and edema. Nephrotic syndrome is mainly found in adults with a ratio of adults to children of 26 to 1. The disease is more common in men than in women by a ratio of 2 to 1.

It  is thought by some that  the kidney disorder may have been a side effect  caused by the use of muscle growth drugs,  or  steroid use,  or even  both.
